Drawing, contrary to some painters’ belief, is not just a necessary preliminary skill to painting but a beautiful and limitless art form all on its own. My drawing courses begin with a solid foundation into the understanding of sizing and perspective and how to translate three dimensions on to a two dimensional surface. From there, projects evolve to show the creative possibilities of this representational and nonrepresentational art form.
